Your data is completely protected stored on cloud server delivered by Telekom satisfying all security standards and certificates, with automated backup on different locations. Data access is based on user level or user role.
Is there any limitation on the use?
Regardless of the module you use, there are no limitations on the functionalities, data quantity and software possibilities. You are only limited on the number of managed active contracts for public procurement and number of users.
Can I integrate other modules with Tendio?
Of course. Tendio supports integration with other modules of the GoEasy software as creation and management of invoices, warehouse, expenditures, accounting, planner etc. Tendio provides web service for integration with softwares for quantitative and financial work.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
You use the module on monthly or annual subscription depending on the number of active contracts. If, for any reason, you want to cancel your subscription, all your data will be exported and delivered in appropriate extension.
